Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy (she/her)

Dr. Johanna Olson-Kennedy is an internationally recognized expert in the care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals. For more than two decades, she has been a leading voice in advancing clinical care and research for people navigating gender identity. She has dedicated her career to ensuring access to affirming medical care, with a focus on hormone replacement therapy (HRT) and comprehensive support for transgender health.

Jamie Julian, LCSW (she/her)

Jamie Julian is a licensed clinical social worker specializing in the mental and emotional wellbeing of LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals. She supports adolescents and adults through identity exploration, life transitions, and trauma with an affirming, trauma-informed approach. Jamie is dedicated to creating a compassionate space grounded in resilience, authenticity, and empowered self-expression.

Dr. Efstathios Karamanos (he/him)

Dr. Efstathios Karamanos is a board-certified plastic and reconstructive surgeon with expertise in microsurgery, breast reconstruction, body contouring, and facial surgery. He has trained at leading institutions in both the United States and Europe and currently serves as Assistant Professor of Surgery at the California University of Science and Medicine. Dr. Karamanos is widely published, serves on multiple editorial boards, and is an active member of national surgical societies.

Dr. Jonathan Warus (he/him)

Dr. Jonathan Warus is an adolescent medicine physician who has been working in the care of transgender and gender-diverse individuals for over 10 years. Additionally, Dr. Warus has worked in research aimed at improving the quality of care provided to this population. Dr. Warus strives to provide patient- and family-centered care in an open and affirming environment to meet the needs and goals of each unique patient.

With extensive experience supporting LGBTQ+ and gender-diverse individuals, she centers identity exploration, trauma-informed care, and life transitions within a deeply affirming therapeutic framework. Jamie integrates evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, IFS, and ACT, to help clients build resilience, strengthen self-awareness, and cultivate authentic self-expression. She is committed to creating a safe, compassionate space where every person is seen, supported, and empowered to move toward a more grounded and connected version of themselves
